With over 11 years of experience working directly with clients in high-stakes environments, Joseph has built his career around helping individuals and organizations navigate complex financial and operational decisions. During his time in the mortgage industry, he guided families through some of the most important purchases of their lives, building a reputation for transparency, accountability, and relationship-driven service.
As he transitioned into the medical equipment industry, Joseph carried that same mindset forward, helping organizations confidently buy and sell critical equipment while ensuring reliability, fair value, and a seamless process.
Joseph is known for being deeply hands-on in every aspect of his business, ensuring every detail is executed at the highest level.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys cooking, spending time with family, his two Rottweilers Bruce and Bobby, riding his Sea-Doo on Lake Ontario and Lake Erie, and DJing weddings and special events—bringing that same energy wherever he goes.

James Stewart is an integral part of Parrott Medical, bringing a strong foundation in operations, client service, and execution. Known for his dependability and attention to detail, he ensures every client interaction is handled with precision and professionalism.
With experience across medical sales, logistics, and hospitality, James has developed a well-rounded skill set centered on communication, efficiency, and follow-through.
Before entering the medical field, he built his work ethic through hands-on roles requiring consistency and accountability, including managing delivery routes as a FedEx driver.
He also held leadership roles in hospitality, overseeing staff, inventory, and operations to maintain a high-performing environment.
At Parrott Medical, James focuses on execution—supporting sourcing, coordination, and delivery of equipment with consistency clients can rely on.
Outside of work, James stays active through rugby and golf, bringing discipline and a competitive mindset into his professional life.
