The purchaser is responsible for:

  • operating equipment under appropriate supervision

Parrott Med does not verify licensing or qualifications of buyers. 

 

3. Refurbished Equipment Disclosure

Parrott Med sells both new and refurbished equipment.

Refurbished equipment: 

  • has been inspected and tested
  • may show cosmetic wear
  • may include replacement parts  

Unless explicitly stated, refurbished equipment is not certified by the original manufacturer.

Parrott Med is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or authorized by all manufacturers listed on this website. 

 

4. Product Condition & Representation 

All equipment is sold based on the condition described at the time of sale.

Buyers acknowledge that: 

  • used and refurbished equipment may vary in condition
  • images may be representative and not exact units
  • specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge

Buyers are encouraged to request additional details or photos prior to purchase. 

 

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment terms may include: 

  • full payment prior to shipment
  • invoicing for approved customers
  • financing or payment plans when available  

Orders will not be processed until payment arrangements are confirmed.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

Parrott Med offers nationwide and international shipping.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate shipping information
  • inspecting equipment upon delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Return policies may vary depending on the product and agreement at time of sale.

  • equipment must be returned in original condition

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

10. FDA & Regulatory Compliance

The buyer is responsible for:

  • ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations

11. Equipment Use Responsibility

All equipment sold by Parrott Med must be used:

  • by trained personnel
  • in accordance with manufacturer instructions
  • in compliance with applicable laws and standards

The buyer assumes all responsibility for use after delivery.

 

12. Service & Maintenance

Parrott Med may offer:

  • preventive maintenance
  • calibration
  • inspection services  

These services do not replace the buyer’s responsibility to:

  • maintain equipment
  • follow manufacturer recommendations

 

13. Indemnification

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Parrott Med from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • use of equipment
  • resale of equipment
  • failure to comply with regulations

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Parrott Med operates.
